*          10% Govt. tax/surcharge added to all rates.  25% of rental cost is required as a deposit within 10 days of reservation.  Balance is required 60 days prior to arrival on island.

*          A security deposit of $250.00 will be charged to all parties, and returned upon the faithful completion of the lease agreement. 

*          Casa Carib is a non-smoking condo.  Smoking is permitted on balconies only.

*            Minimum age for renters is 23 years, and minimum age for guests is 12 years.

*          Sorry, no pets permitted.
